Hively Health, Inc. d/b/a “Hestia” (“Hestia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools, information, and services to help families better understand and access elder-law support. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Important: Hestia is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any attorney services accessed through our Services are provided by independent attorneys under a separate agreement between you and the attorney.
1. What This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular person (“Personal Data”) when you use our website and Services.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control or people we do not manage, including independent attorneys and other professionals you may interact with through our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Profile and contact data – such as your name, email address, phone number, relationship to an aging loved one, and state of residence.
Intake and situation data – such as general information about your family’s situation, health and care context, long-term care or housing questions, financial situation at a high level, and goals for elder-law or estate planning support.
Attorney preferences – such as the types of support you’re looking for, your preferences around communication, budget, and scheduling.
Communications – messages or other content you send us through forms, AI chat, surveys, email, phone, or SMS.
Please do not share highly sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or passwords) through our intake forms or AI chat.

Testing features and improving our intake flow, AI tools, and educational materials.

Recommend educational content or next steps.
AI outputs are generated based on patterns and should be treated as informational only. They do not replace legal advice from a licensed attorney. We may review AI interactions to improve the quality, reliability, and safety of the Services.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Data.
We may share Personal Data in the following situations:
6.1 With Attorneys and Other Professionals (At Your Direction)
When you ask us to help you connect with an attorney or other professional, we may share relevant intake information (for example, your state, general situation, and goals) so they can determine whether they are a good fit and prepare for a consultation.
Any legal services are provided under a separate agreement between you and the attorney. Attorneys are independent from Hestia.
6.2 With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third parties that help us operate and improve the Services, such as:
Website hosting and infrastructure providers
Form and survey tools
Scheduling tools
Communication providers (email, SMS, phone)
Analytics and performance tools
Payment processors (if/when applicable)
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
6.3 For Payments (If Applicable)
If you make a payment through the Services, your payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. The processing of your payment information is subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy policy.

Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT signals. If we use session replay or similar tools in the future (to understand how our site is used and troubleshoot issues), we will do so only to support, improve, and secure the Services.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
